We hit $100M ARR in May 2026 and have grown to over 6 million daily active users across 600,000 businesses. We're Series C and valued at $1.3 billion. We're builders who hold a high bar, move fast, and care deeply about each other and our customers.📌 About the RoleWe're building the most sophisticated accounting function in SaaS—one where AI and automation handle the repetitive work so you and your team can focus on strategy and exceptions. This role is critical to that mission. As an Accounting Operations Analyst, you'll be responsible for billing, AR, AP, and collections. You'll inherit processes that work, improve ones that don't, and build the foundation for a 5-10x scaling function that drives toward exception handling, not volume grinding.🛠️ What You'll DoOwn customer invoicing via Stripe and Rillet, driving us toward one-day biling. You'll manage the handoff from deal close to dollars paid and continuously improve the workflow.Lead our collections process and manage accounts receivable to meet our OKRs—target: past due AR under 10% and best in class DSOOwn accounts payable and vendor payment processes end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Identify broken or slow processes on day one, map what's actually happening, plan measurable improvements, execute with the right stakeholders, and track success.Drive automation opportunities across billing, collections, and AP in partnership with our broader team—whether that's leveraging inherited tools or exploring new AI-powered approaches.Maintain 99.9% completeness and accuracy on monthly billing while keeping a 5% exception rate on customer billing inquiries.Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, RevOps, and Billing Engineering on process improvements and handling exceptions that require cross-functional input.🔍 What We're Looking For5+ years in billing, collections, accounts payable, or accounting operations roles—you've done this work at startups or high-growth companies and know what good looks like.Track record of inheriting a broken or slow process and improving it with measurable specifics: hours saved, error rates reduced, cycle time shortened. You can tell the story with numbers, not theory.Fluency with Salesforce, Zendesk, Excel, and Accounting ERPs, such as Rillet or NetSuite. Comfort learning new tools quickly. You have the judgment and communication skills to work across US-based teams from overseas. You speak up when something doesn't add up instead of silently pushing it through. You move smartly, not fast and wrong. You balance pragmatism with accuracy. Attention to detail and seeing the big picture aren't skills you turn on and off—they're how you work. You think in systems. You can execute today's task and simultaneously think about how this scales to 5-10x volume without breaking.✨ Nice to haveExperience with Stripe, Ramp, or other payment platforms and billing tools.Comfort with AI tools and the ability to write SQL queries or work with data to unblock process improvements. Background in tech or SaaS startups where you've witnessed operational scaling firsthand.🚫 This role is not for you ifYou're more comfortable following a checklist than thinking critically about what you're doing and why.You work in silos or struggle to communicate across functions—this role requires constant collaboration with Sales, CS, Support, and Engineering.Attention to detail and precision aren't non-negotiables; you're willing to ship it if it's close enough.📍 LocationRemote, with a requirement to be based permanently in Serbia.💰 CompensationSalary varies by location.
