Requirements and responsibilities

Caliber is revolutionizing the global fitness industry by combining evidence-based strength training methods with expert human coaching to help people improve their fitness, health, and overall well-being.As a Caliber Fitness Sales Advisor, you're often the first real conversation a prospective client has after deciding they're ready to invest in themselves. Your role is to understand why they're here, what they're trying to achieve, and what's holding them back — then confidently guide them to the right coaching package and help them commit to it. This is a consultative sales role, not order-taking. Not every prospect arrives ready to get started. Success comes from genuine curiosity about each person's goals, the communication skills to build real trust, and the confidence to ask for the investment when it's the right fit.No prospecting required. You'll speak with incoming leads who book consultations directly with you. Our method works: advisors who genuinely care and execute the process close above 40% of their live consultations. This role is right for you if:You're genuinely curious about people — you want to understand what's really driving someone and want to help themYou believe good coaching is worth paying for, and it shows when you talk about itYou can stay calm and curious when someone pushes back, instead of caving or getting defensiveYou are actively looking to improve — wanting feedback and acting on itThis role is NOT right for you if:You're mainly here for the commission, and the person on the other end is secondaryYou get uncomfortable talking about money or asking someone to commitYou let things outside your control throw you off your gameYou don't actively seek to improve or put feedback into practiceResponsibilitiesLead consultations with incoming leads — understand their goals, history, and what's really driving themGuide each prospect to the right coach and coaching package for their needsConfidently present pricing and help prospects make a decision they feel good aboutFollow up with prospects and answer their questions throughout their decisionContinuously sharpen your craft through ongoing training and coachingMinimum QualificationsA genuine, demonstrable desire to help people become the best they can beExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong time management and organizationCoachable — you take feedback and apply itAvailable to work 25–30 hours/week (part-time)PreferredConsultative sales experienceFitness background; experience with strength training and flexible dietingCompensationCommission-only (15%)Top performers make $50K+/year working part-time (~30 hours/week)Opportunities for monthly bonuses BenefitsReal coaching and development — ongoing training to sharpen your craftStrong and supportive team environment100% remote — work from anywhereFlexible schedule within your committed hoursFlexible vacation policyDiversity StatementCaliber is committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship,
