I'm so excited to share that Cartwheel is hiring a temporary Clinical Recruiter.Cartwheel partners with K-12 schools, many in under-resourced districts, to get students into mental health care within days instead of months. Every clinician we hire helps decrease students' time to care.This is a fully remote, 6-month contract where you'd support our high-volume hiring for licensed clinical therapists across the U.S.You'd report to our Director of Talent Acquisition, Cat Parker, and get to support a meaningful mission in a fast-paced startup environment.We're looking for someone with:3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceExperience with mental health therapy, whether through recruiting or direct field experienceFamiliarity with Gem CRM or ATSIf this sounds like the right fit, even if you don't check every single box, we'd love to hear from you!
