Learn more at www.compass-sp.com.Role OverviewCompass Surgical Partners is seeking a Procure-to-Pay Administrator to serve as the enterprise owner and subject matter expert for our procure-to-pay (P2P) platform and processes. This role will play a critical part in ensuring contract, pricing, item master, and purchasing data are accurate, standardized, and scalable across our growing network of ambulatory surgery centers.The Procure-to-Pay Administrator will partner closely with center teams, supply chain leaders, GPOs, distributors, and operational stakeholders to improve data integrity, streamline workflows, and enhance visibility into supply costs and purchasing activity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, optimizing systems and processes, and building scalable infrastructure that supports growth.What You'll DoServe as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the organization's procure-to-pay platformMaintain and optimize contract, item master, vendor, and pricing data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all centersPartner with GPOs, distributors, and internal stakeholders to manage pricing updates, contract changes, and purchasing workflowsMonitor procure-to-pay processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance data qualityInvestigate and resolve purchasing, pricing, and system-related discrepanciesDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and process documentation to support enterprise-wide consistencySupport onboarding and integration of new centers into procure-to-pay systems and processesCreate reports, dashboards, and analyses that provide visibility into purchasing activity, supply costs, and process performanceCollaborate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and center teams to improve procurement effectiveness and cost managementProvide training, support, and guidance to users across the organization on procure-to-pay processes and system functionalityWhat You'll Bring3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain administration, materials management, or a related healthcare operations roleExperience working within a healthcare provider organization, ambulatory surgery center, hospital, or healthcare services environmentExperience supporting or administering electronic procurement or procure-to-pay systemsStrong understanding of purchasing workflows, item master management, pricing administration, and supply chain operationsAdvanced Excel and data management skills with a strong focus on accuracy and process improvementStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutionsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively with operational, clinical, financial, and vendor stakeholdersAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive initiatives forward in a remote environmentPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related fieldExperience administering ENVI or a comparable procure-to-pay platformExperience working with GPO contracts, distributor relationships, and EDI purchasing processesExperience supporting multi-site healthcare organizationsAmbulatory surgery center (ASC) experience strongly preferredCMRP, CPSM, or other healthcare supply chain or procurement certificationWhy Compass Surgical PartnersCompass Surgical Partners develops and manages ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) in partnership with physicians and health systems.
