About Our CompanyImpact Performance Team is seeking a purpose-driven Insurance Sales Leader to support the expansion of our consulting services across independent insurance agencies. This role is designed for a motivated professional with a working knowledge of the insurance industry who is ready to step into a leadership consulting capacity and be developed in IPT's proven approach to sales leadership and agency growth.We have built a strong foundation with an established client base, a proven model, and real momentum behind us. We are now bringing on our first wave of team members, and the people who join now will play a direct role in shaping what this company becomes. As IPT grows, we are committed to developing stock and long-term incentive packages for our founding team members.Role OverviewThis is a high-impact, client-facing role. Every day, you are embedded inside independent insurance agencies doing the work that drives real results: leading sales meetings, coaching producers, fostering accountability, creating a standard of excellence, and helping agency owners grow with intention. You will be trained and developed on IPT's frameworks and methodology, and over time, you will carry your own portfolio of agency clients. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with remote flexibility. Your key responsibilities may include:Learn IPT's proven consulting approach through direct mentorship, shadowing, and hands-on experience with active agency clientsServe as a fractional sales leader for a portfolio of independent insurance agency clientsLead structured weekly sales meetings with producers and agency leadershipBuild and manage producer accountability frameworks, including activity tracking, pipeline reviews, and performance metricsCoach producers individually on sales skills, prospecting habits, and pipeline developmentPartner with agency owners to set revenue goals, identify gaps, and build execution plansSupport the development and delivery of onboarding and training frameworks for new producersIdentify opportunities to expand IPT's scope of service within existing client relationshipsWork alongside our talent and recruiting team to interview and recommend sales candidates for hireRepresent Impact Performance Team professionally in all client-facing interactionsRequirementsProven experience working at an insurance agency/brokerage, whether as a Producer or Sales LeaderA strong desire to lead, coach, and develop othersNatural ability to motivate, inspire, and build relationships with producers and leadership teamsAbility to operate independently and manage multiple client relationships without heavy oversightStrong verbal and written communication skillsCoachable, driven, and eager to develop in careerExperience with insurance agency CRM systemsMust be located within a three-hour drive of Charleston, SCBenefitsSalary: $80,000 + Performance BonusesFast-track growth opportunity where your role and earning potential scale alongside IPTWorking hand in hand with IPT's leadershipBe a founding team member of a fast-growing consulting and recruiting firmHigh-autonomy role where your work has a direct influence on the businessA culture built around excellence, growth, and making a positive impact on others
