Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities: - Conduct user research and translate findings into requirements and journey designs. - Produce detailed product configuration analysis for pod deliverables. - Write UAT scripts, test cases, and acceptance criteria. - Support product owners in backlog refinement and sprint preparation. - Document business requirements, process flows, and product specifications. - Facilitate workshops with business and vendor stakeholders to gather and validate requirements. Qualifications: - Business analysis or product analysis experience in banking or financial services. - Experience in one or more pod domains: Accounts, Cards, Payments, FRAML, Back-office, Onboarding, Customer Engagement, or Security. - Strong UAT scripting and acceptance testing skills. - Proficiency in requirements documentation tools (Confluence, JIRA, or equivalent). - Ability to facilitate workshops and elicit requirements from diverse stakeholders. - Strong async communication and remote-work discipline. - English fluency.
