As an end-to-end service provider, we can provide strategic advantages to our clients by offering legal support services at every stage of their legal proceedings.Job Description:Job Title: Senior AccountantPosition Summary:The Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting the organization’s accounting operations through accurate financial reporting, account reconciliations, revenue recognition, month-end close activities, and general ledger maintenance. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls while providing financial analysis and support to management.Key Responsibilities: Prepare journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and support the month-end/year-end close processPrepare and record revenue journal entries in accordance with company policy and applicable accounting standardsAnalyze invoices and billing data to ensure accurate revenue recognitionCollaborate with operations and billing teams to resolve revenue discrepanciesPerform detailed expense reconciliations for corporate credit cards, employee reimbursements, prepaid expenses, and vendor accountsDevelop and maintain Excel-based reports to analyze financial data and support month-end close and reporting processesAssist with external audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentationPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accountsResearch cash application transactionsCollaborate cross-functionally with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reportingMentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance on accounting proceduresPerform ad hoc financial analysis as requested by managementRequired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accountingCPA Candidate or CPA Eligible5-8 years of corporate accounting experienceStrong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principleProficient in Microsoft ExcelExcellent oral and written communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:NetSuite ERP experience preferredBILL experience preferredAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
