Looking for a techno-functional expert who can lead Salesforce development initiatives, manage teams, and deliver end-to-end PSA solutions covering project lifecycle, resource management, billing, and revenue recognition.Key Responsibilities:Lead Salesforce development & manage development teamsDrive end-to-end delivery (requirements → design → deployment → support)Collaborate with stakeholders (PMO, Finance, Resource Managers)Design scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows & APIsWork extensively on Certinia PSA (configuration + customization)Implement Service Estimator for planning & forecastingHandle integrations with ERP & HR systemsConduct demos, workshops & user training sessionsSupport SIT/UAT and ensure successful deliveryRequired Skills:10+ years of Salesforce development experienceStrong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, TriggersExperience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud4–5 end-to-end Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA implementationsStrong understanding of PSA lifecycle (projects, billing, revenue recognition)Hands-on experience with Service EstimatorStrong client interaction & leadership skillsKey Competencies:Techno-functional expertiseStakeholder managementTeam leadership & mentoringProblem-solving & communication skillsClient: QuarksExperience: 10+ YearsWork Mode: Remote
