The client partners with hospitals, cancer centers, and healthcare systems to support more accurate, efficient, and effective cancer care delivery.We are seeking a Sales Director to lead business growth across the Midwestern United States. This is a field-based sales role focused on developing new business, managing strategic opportunities, and expanding adoption of highly specialized radiation oncology technology.ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth and achieve territory revenue objectives across the Midwest regionDevelop and execute territory plans to identify new opportunities and expand market shareBuild and manage relationships with radiation oncology departments, cancer centers, hospitals, and healthcare systemsEngage clinical, operational, administrative, and executive-level stakeholders throughout the sales processManage strategic opportunities from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closeMaintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, CRM updates, and market intelligenceRepresent the company at industry meetings, customer events, conferences, and trade showsCollaborate with internal clinical, service, marketing, and leadership teams to support customer engagement and sales executionMonitor competitive activity, customer needs, and market trends within radiation oncologyTravel regularly throughout the Midwest territory, with occasional international travel as neededRequirementsProven sales experience in radiation oncology, medical device, capital equipment, healthcare technology, oncology, imaging, or a related fieldRadiation oncology experience is strongly preferredExperience selling into hospitals, cancer centers, healthcare systems, or IDNsStrong consultative selling skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesAbility to build credibility with clinicians, administrators, executives, and purchasing teamsStrong territory management, prospecting, forecasting, and closing skillsExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilitiesSelf-starter mentality with a competitive drive and passion for growing a territoryComfortable working independently in a remote, field-based sales roleAbility to travel significantly throughout the Midwest regionCompensationBase $130K annuallyOTE $200K+BenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)401k Retirement Plan (4% match)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
