This person will be on the front lines assisting customers with brokerage account questions, onboarding, platform issues, funding inquiries, and general trading support.You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure traders receive fast, accurate, and professional support. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and wants exposure to a growing brokerage business.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Support & ServiceServe as a primary point of contact for brokerage clients via email, chat, and ticketing systemsAssist customers with new account onboarding, KYC documentation, and account setupRespond to inquiries related to logins, platform access, market data, order routing, balances, and funding requestsHelp troubleshoot common trading platform or connectivity issuesDeliver high-touch service to active traders in a timely and professional mannerOperations & Account ManagementMonitor incoming support queues and prioritize urgent trader issuesAssist with account maintenance requests including profile updates, permissions, and basic account changesCoordinate with clearing firms, FCM partners, and internal teams when escalations are requiredTrack support trends and recurring issues to improve internal workflowsRisk & Compliance SupportEscalate suspicious activity, complaints, or regulatory concerns appropriatelyFollow internal procedures related to AML, KYC, privacy, and recordkeepingMaintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and requestsContinuous ImprovementHelp build knowledge base articles, macros, and SOPs as Tradeify Brokerage scalesIdentify opportunities to improve customer experience, turnaround times, and internal processesProvide product feedback based on trader pain points and support dataWhat We’re Looking ForRequired1–3+ years of experience in brokerage support, financial services support, fintech support, or trading operationsStrong communication skills with a customer-first mindsetHigh attention to detail and ability to work quickly under pressureComfortable handling multiple chats/tickets at onceStrong problem-solving ability and ownership mentalityFamiliarity with futures trading, brokerage accounts, or trading platformsPreferredExperience supporting active traders or brokerage customersKnowledge of futures markets, margin, risk controls, and order typesExperience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Intercom, or similarExposure to clearing firms, FCM workflows, or brokerage back-office processesStartup or high-growth company experienceSuccess in This Role Looks LikeFast and accurate resolution of client issuesExcellent customer satisfaction scoresSmooth onboarding experience for new brokerage customersStrong internal partnership with Ops, Compliance, and ProductHelping build a premium support reputation for Tradeify BrokerageWhy Join TradeifyJoin a fast-growing fintech brand launching new brokerage productsHigh visibility role with growth potential into Operations, Risk, or Client SuccessRemote-first team with startup energyOpportunity to help shape support operations from the ground up
