TA Systems & Technology Lead to own and optimize the full technology ecosystem that powers our Talent Acquisition function across LATAM. Responsibilities include: owning and optimizing ATS platforms and integrations; building dashboards and driving data-driven decisions; leading vendor management and technology evaluations; implementing automation and AI tools across the recruiting lifecycle; ensuring data integrity, compliance, and reporting visibility; partnering with HR, IT, and Finance to scale recruiting operations.Requirements include: strong experience in ATS administration and TA systems; advanced analytics and dashboarding skills (Power BI or similar); experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, APIs); exposure to AI in recruiting (sourcing, screening, optimization); experience in high-volume environments (BPO preferred); bilingual English & Spanish. Location: Guatemala, Honduras, Colombia, or Peru; Travel: Up to 25%.
