You will serve as adviser on employment law, HR compliance, workforce localization, and labor relations.ResponsibilitiesGuide clients on local employment contracts, labor practices, and dispute resolution.Advise on statutory benefits and social security.Review HR compliance documentation.Share practical insight on workforce management and cultural integration.Address real-time issues (restructuring, mass hiring, workforce legality).RequirementsOver 8 years of experience in HR, labor law, or industrial relations.Strong understanding of employment acts and compliance.Experience managing a cross-border labor force.Exceptional communication and analytical skills.Fluency in English and the local language.Prior experience as an independent advisor is preferred.
