Our team is fun, passionate, bold, and creative.  We live our mission every day – to inspire people, create cool stuff, and make a lasting impact on the world!Position Overview:Ibility is seeking an experienced Senior Momentum Testing Analyst to support the implementation of Momentum for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of executing and overseeing Momentum testing and implementation activities in large ERP programs for a federal agency.  The Senior Momentum iFAMS Testing Analyst will support the Testing Lead and the program by developing test plans and executing testing activities for an implementation release as part of the overall program. This will include system integration testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including development of automated test scripts to ensure automated suite meets or exceeds 50% contractual requirements.The Senior Momentum Testing Analyst will lead SIT, regression, and UAT planning and represent the larger testing program in complex planning and change control discussions with program and customer leadership.  The senior analyst will also be responsible for oversight and mentoring of junior testers and ensuring 100% traceability of program requirements.  The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently and as a part of a team and has experience in taking ownership of work assignments and project schedules.Primary Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Wave Testing Lead and government client in planning, training, and testing of functional components of the financial system and coordinate with other vendors on testing to adjudicate, resolve, and close issues including change control discussionsEnsure 100% traceability of requirementsOversee and mentor work of junior testersEnsure testing includes validation of Federal Section 508, TRM, and VIP complianceExecute manual and automated test scripts, document results, identify issues and defects, and prepare testing summary reportsLink test cases to Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)Maintain and prioritize a testing defect log that will be shared with the government client and other vendors to track testing progressPrepare materials and support facilitation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) trainingMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree8 years demonstrated experience testing Momentum Financials or other large scale ERP systemMinimum 4 years of demonstrated experience developing, validating, and executing test scripts, documenting test results, and identifying issues including creation and execution of automated testing programs to validate achievement of business and technical requirements  Knowledge of federal financial business processes and understanding of testing strategies and methodologiesDemonstrated experience ensuring requirements traceability and supporting a full requirement traceability matrix     Strong written and oral communication skillsStrong analytical skills and a desire to enhance those skills in a challenging, high visibility environmentAbility to obtain a public trust clearancePreferred Qualifications:Experience with Department of Veterans AffairsExperience using Agility for requirements or testingBenefits Include:Health, Dental, and Vision PlansShort Term Disability/Long Term Disability/Life Insurance/Accidental Death and DismembermentHealth Savings AccountUnlimited Paid Time Off / 11 Federal Holidays Off401kWe are committed to diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.  We are an Equal Opportunity Employer in all aspects of employment and do not discriminate for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
