Operations Coordinator – Logistics & Dispatch. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our growing logistics team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and has strong communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: - Create and manage orders within our Transportation Management System (TMS). - Dispatch orders to drivers and monitor delivery progress. - Communicate with drivers to ensure timely and accurate service. - Respond to client requests, service inquiries, and quote requests. - Assist with pricing and rate entry. - Support daily administrative and operational tasks. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. - Maintain accurate records and shipment information. Qualifications: - Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or operations experience preferred. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems. - Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
