This will be set with your Clinical Operations Manager.Open and willing to treat children and adolescents after attending NOCD Child and Adolescent trainingQualificationsAn Associate Therapist License in good standing to practice in your stateHours requirements: Completion of a minimum of postgraduate 1,000 direct clinical hours. We understand that California allows associates to begin associate clinical hours prior to graduation for some licenses, we will only accept 1,000 completed direct clinical hours that were gained after graduation.If you are an ASW, you must already have 1,700 of your required 1,700 hours supervised by a LCSW.Associates must have clinical work experience that includes group therapy, crisis intervention, other relevant clinical duties within an outpatient mental health treatment settingMasters degree or higher from an accredited university in the behavioral and mental health field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology)Relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., ERP, CBT, ACT)Organizing abilities, quick and enthusiastic learner, excellent communicator, receptive to feedback, and good with time managementConscientious self-starter who embraces and enjoys autonomous workHave a confidential, private location to work remotely from with stable internet access (at least 50mbps downloads speeds)The pay range for this role is: 65,000 - 100,000 USD per year (California)
