We work with a wide range of partners, and our campaigns have won several awards including Digiday's In-House Studio of the Year 2025.About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to lead the day-to-day execution and strategic direction of the brand publication for one of our most dynamic and growing partnerships. This is a mid-level, partner-facing role that requires both strong operational ownership and the strategic instinct to drive meaningful results across digital platforms.The ideal candidate is an experienced digital media or publishing professional who can work independently, communicate directly with partners, and bring proactive thinking to performance, distribution, and content strategy.What You’ll Do:Publishing & DistributionOwn end-to-end publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, and FacebookDevelop platform-specific copy that meets editorial standards and brand voiceManage scheduling, publishing, and post-publication follow-through (live links, engagement instructions, collab invites)Coordinate collaborations with the partner and third-party organizations, and fold results into monthly reportingManage day-to-day community engagement across social channels, including responding to comments and surfacing opportunitiesPerformance & StrategyMonitor and report on performance against brand publication goalsProactively diagnose performance dips and recommend corrective actionMake strategic post-publication adjustments to optimize for goal achievementFrame performance reporting in service of partner goals and KPIsInfluential Mentions StrategyOwn the end-to-end influential mentions strategy, including identifying and prioritizing target voicesBuild and maintain X lists per priority initiative areaMonitor target activity across platforms and track engagement for monthly reportingIdentify and execute opportunistic engagement (quote posts, account interactions)Design OversightOversee designers producing publishing assets including carousels, article cards, and quote postsProvide clear creative direction, feedback, and edits to ensure visual output supports the distribution strategyPartner & Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as the day-to-day campaign operational point of contact with the client and third-party partnersCoordinate release dates, collab invites, and cross-functional alignment with partner counterpartsGather monthly input from initiative leads on evolving priorities and influential voicesHandle forward-facing logistical conversations independently; escalate strategic questions to the Associate Director of Campaign StrategyNewsletter ManagementSupport copy writing and management across the expanded newsletter suitePotential to own launch and operation of Substack newsletters by initiative areaWhat You’ll Need:4–6 years of experience in digital media, publishing, content strategy, or a related fieldStrong editorial instincts and proven copywriting ability for digital and social platformsExperience managing social media accounts at scale across multiple platformsComfort working directly with clients or partners in a professional, fast-paced environmentProactive and analytical approach to performance tracking and optimizationExcellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detailFamiliarity with social listening, influential voice monitoring, or advocacy/media strategy is a plusWhat You’ll Get:Work from home flexibility: We’ve been remote-first since inception.Growth and mentorship: Join a supportive, collaborative team with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.Competitive benefits: Enjoy comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage and 401(k).
