We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics NAV Support Consultant to join our team and play a critical role in maintaining business continuity, stabilizing NAV operations, and supporting enterprise-wide system transformation initiatives.Key Skills Required:Microsoft Dynamics NAVLS RetailApplication Support & TroubleshootingSAP–NAV IntegrationsSalesforce Commerce CloudAnnex Cloud (preferred)Retail Domain ExperienceKey Responsibilities:Provide end-to-end support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and resolve critical customer issues.Troubleshoot and support bidirectional integrations between SAP and NAV across retail domains including products, pricing, promotions, customers, and transactions.Manage NAV operational stability during system transition and migration phases.Support data readiness, mapping, reconciliation, and cutover activities.Govern integrations across POS, e-commerce, finance, and BI platforms.Work with SAP, Annex Cloud, middleware, and other vendors to ensure successful system coexistence and migration.Support LS Retail + NAV environments and connected commerce platforms.Drive NAV decommissioning planning, archiving, compliance, and post-cutover validation activities.Required Experience:8+ years of Microsoft Dynamics NAV support experience.Strong expertise in NAV application support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Hands-on experience with SAP–NAV integrations.Experience with LS Retail and retail business processes.Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and customer loyalty platforms.Ability to manage complex enterprise environments and support transformation programs.Interested candidates can share their updated resume at: resume@hastree.com
