With a commitment to excellence, LITIT combines the best of German precision, Japanese work ethics, and Lithuanian talent to provide unparalleled IT service and support to its clients.ABOUT THE PROJECTYou will be part of the SAP team in Lithuania, consisting of approximately 20 consultants, and integrated into the larger SAP DACH organization with around 180 consultants. This role is central to delivering innovative SAP S/4HANA solutions, primarily for clients in the manufacturing and automotive industries.ABOUT THE ROLEThis role supports end-to-end SAP SD implementation activities, acting as a key link between business teams and system configuration. It involves facilitating workshops to capture requirements, contributing to solution design, and supporting data migration from legacy systems. The consultant also plays a role in testing phases to ensure solutions meet business expectations and are production-ready. Post go-live, they assist with issue resolution and system stabilization to support a smooth transition and user adoption.RESPONSIBILITIESAbility to lead business workshops for blueprinting activities.Analyzing legacy data, quality check of submitted load files, testing load quality, leading user testing and acceptance of load process, providing input into specifications for automated data migration transformation rules, analysis and identification of duplicate records and other activities required for successful and on time data migration.Perform high-level analysis of customer business processes and requirements to support project Data Migration requirements with proposed solutions.Perform detailed analysis of customer requirements to produce custom solution specifications.Provide directions to SAP BODS development teams for solution realization and participate, as necessary, during coding, testing, documentation, and maintenance activities.Work closely with Data Migration team to document data migration requirements, on project planning and load scheduling, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.REQUIREMENTS8+ years of Overall experience in SAP BP/SD (Sales and Distribution processes) Implementations / Rollouts.3+ years of experience with S/4 HANA Implementations / Rollout experience.2 Data migration projects experience with Business Partner (Customer and Vendor) migration experience and SAP SD Objects - Route Determination, Pricing, Vistex, Rebates, Customer Credit Data, Customer Material info-records, open sales order, LTMC & LSMW etc.Minimum 6 months SAP S/4 HANA data migration expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution Master / transaction data including Customer Master (BP), Route Determination, Pricing Conditions, Rebates, Customer Credit Data, Customer Material info-records etc.6 months to 1 year experience with creating functional documentation for data migration field mapping, rules etc.Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected.
