We are seeking an experienced Oracle Data Migration Expert to lead and support end-to-end data migration activities for Oracle ERP implementations and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading processes across Oracle applications such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, or other Oracle platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesLead data migration activities for Oracle ERP implementation, upgrade, and transformation projects.Analyze legacy system data and map it to Oracle application structures.Design and execute ETL/data conversion strategies and migration plans.Extract, cleanse, transform, validate, and load data into Oracle systems.Develop conversion programs, interfaces, and reconciliation reports.Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.Perform data validation, reconciliation, and testing during migration cycles.Support mock conversions, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.Troubleshoot migration issues and optimize migration performance.Prepare technical documentation, mapping documents, and migration procedures.Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and audit requirements.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP data migration projects.Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.Expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and data conversion methodologies.Hands-on experience with Oracle data migration tools such as: FBDI, ADFDI, SQL Loader, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ODI (Oracle Data Integrator).Experience in ETL tools and data transformation processes.Strong understanding of ERP business processes including Finance, SCM, Procurement, HR, or Manufacturing.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience with cloud migration and ERP transformation projects.Oracle certification in ERP or database technologies.Knowledge of data governance and master data management (MDM).Experience working in Agile project environments.Key TechnologiesOracle SQL / PL-SQLFBDI / ADFDIOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)ODI (Oracle Data Integrator)SQL LoaderETL ToolsOracle ERP Applications
