Requirements and responsibilities
We are hiring an experienced Loan Processor for a remote position.
Location:
- Candidates must be based in the Philippines or Latin America only.
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable):
- You must have hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
- Hard Money Loans.
- Non-QM Loans.
- Bridge Loans.
- Fix & Flip Financing.
- New Construction Loans.
- Commercial / Standalone Property Loans.
- Business Purpose Loans.
- Business Lines of Credit.
- FHA / VA Loan Processing.
Role Overview:
- You will be responsible for end-to-end loan processing support, including:
- File preparation and documentation review.
- Coordination with lenders, brokers, and clients.
- Managing deadlines and pipeline movement.
- Ensuring accuracy across complex loan structures.
Location Requirement:
- Remote position.
- Must be located in Philippines or Latin America.
