Our team has recently gone live with a full-suite implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Core HR, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence, T&L, Payroll, and HR Helpdesk). Now, we are looking for a heavy-hitting, hands-on Technical Developer to help us support, optimize, and build new integrations from scratch!If you live and breathe HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and the new Redwood UI, we want to talk to you.What You’ll Do:Lead & Build: Design and develop end-to-end HCM Integrations, Extensions, and complex Reports, focusing heavily on Benefits & Absence Management.Modernize: Create and support extensions/customizations using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and Redwood UI.Integrate & Extract: Build robust data flows using HDL, HCM Extracts, REST APIs, and BIP/OTBI Reports—including business-critical HIPAA integrations.Solve Complex Problems: Write and troubleshoot highly complex SQL/PL-SQL queries and tackle performance bottlenecks.Maintain & Support: Perform impact analysis for quarterly patches, handle production bugs, and manage Oracle SRs.What You Need to Bring (Must-Haves):5+ years of core Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience across HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formulas, and Workflows.Deep technical expertise in Benefits & Absence modules, including their underlying database table structures.Proven experience building HIPAA integrations.Hands-on mastery of Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and configuring the Redwood UI.Exceptional SQL & PL/SQL skills (you should be able to optimize complex queries written by others with ease).Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.Kelvra Consulting Inc
