Requirements and responsibilities

We are hiring for Salesforce QA EngineerRequired Skills & QualificationsSalesforce Testing: 2.5–3.5 years of hands-on QA experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce testing.Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and configurations.Experience testing Salesforce customizations, workflows, flows, validation rules, profiles, permissions, and integrations.Testing Fundamentals: Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Experience in functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, and exploratory testing.Knowledge of test design techniques and defect lifecycle management.Ability to analyze requirements and convert them into comprehensive test scenarios.Multi-Platform Testing: Experience testing web applications, mobile applications, and APIs.Understanding of cross-browser and cross-device testing approaches.Familiarity with integration testing involving multiple systems.Automation & Tools: Understanding of automation testing concepts and frameworks.Nice to Have: Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework, or similar.Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or equivalent.Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.Agile & Collaboration: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsExposure to Salesforce automation testing.Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices.Experience with SQL and data validation testing.Understanding of cloud-based applications and SaaS platforms.Salesforce certifications or QA-related certifications are a plus.Experience: 2+ yearsImmediate to 15 days preferredInterested candidates can send your resume to jayasrinamana@cloudsaratechnologies.co.in
