Fitt Talent Partners is a specialized recruitment firm working with top health and wellness companies.We’re filling this role for a client advancing the future of personalized health through clinical-grade microbiome testing—helping individuals and practitioners uncover root causes and take a more proactive, data-driven approach to gut and vaginal health.About the CompanyWe’re a fast-growing precision health company transforming how people understand and improve their health through advanced microbiome science.Founded by scientists and physicians, the platform uses clinical-grade testing and genomic technology to deliver personalized, actionable insights for both consumers and practitioners—making preventive, data-driven care more accessible.The OpportunityWe’re looking for a high-energy, highly organized, and growth-minded Partnerships leader to help scale the company’s B2B partnerships engine.This role will work closely with the CEO to generate and qualify leads, support and run deal cycles, close new partnership revenue, and build scalable systems across the partnerships function.Prior experience in microbiome science isn’t required, but curiosity and comfort operating in a science-forward, data-driven environment is important.What You’ll DoPipeline Generation & Lead DevelopmentIdentify, research, and build outbound lead lists while managing inbound leadsEnsure fast follow-up, strong qualification, and clean CRM hygieneMaintain a consistent flow of new partnership opportunitiesDeal Support & ClosingSupport and run partner conversations from intro to close (discovery, qualification, pitch, follow-ups, negotiation)Create polished, data-driven partnership decks and deliver confident presentationsBuild and maintain Google Sheets–based trackers, reports, and analyses for pipeline management and forecastingClearly communicate the company’s value proposition across different partner typesPartnership Strategy & Operational ExcellenceHelp develop a repeatable partnerships playbook across multiple partner segmentsMaintain accurate tracking of deals (stages, close dates, next steps, notes, forecasts)Build lightweight processes and templates to scale the partnerships functionCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Operations, Marketing, and Science teams to ensure smooth post-close handoffsShare partner feedback internally and advocate for improvements that drive conversion and retentionWhat Success Looks LikeConsistently generating qualified partner meetings on a weekly basisExpanding pipeline coverage and improving conversion rates across stagesShortening deal cycles through strong follow-up, structure, and coordinationPreferred Qualifications3–5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, consulting, sales, or strategic growth rolesProven ability to source leads, run outbound efforts, and drive deals forwardStrong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to external partnersHighly organized with strong follow-through; able to manage multiple deals simultaneouslyComfortable operating in ambiguity and moving quickly in a startup environmentKey CompetenciesHigh EQ relationship builder with strong partner instinctsStrong project manager with excellent follow-up habitsRevenue-minded with a clear understanding of pipeline, conversion, and closing mechanicsResourceful, proactive, and scrappyClear and effective communicator internally and externallyProcess-oriented; enjoys building structure and scalable systemsNice to HaveExperience in healthtech, healthcare, diagnostics, biotech, or wellnessFamiliarity with performance reporting and dashboardsExperience building outbound sequences and sales enablement materialsStartup experience or comfort wearing multiple hatsProficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and productivity tools (Google Suite, Notion, Slack, etc.)
