Requirements and responsibilities

The Tech SystemClean, validate, and structure healthcare datasets from electronic health records (EHR), claims, and operational systems. Perform descriptive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies under the guidance of senior analysts. Assist in the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau. Write and execute basic SQL queries to extract and manipulate data. Contribute to documentation of data sources, reporting processes, and analytical methodologies. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand data needs and support project goals.
