Schedule: Days of week: Sunday - Thursday - this is very important as this role would complete Allocations on Sunday completed by Sunday evening, so they are ready for the Distribution Center on Mondays.

Pay Range- $12.00USD-$16.00USD /per hour. (Based on Experience.)
Role Summary-
The Backend Retail Admin provides analytical, operational, and administrative support to retail leadership. This role owns reporting accuracy, inventory controls, allocations, pricing and margin analysis, audits, compliance oversight, and operational follow-through and admin task management. The role is highly data-driven and accountable for ensuring inventory is allocated effectively to minimize out-of-stocks and support consistent store performance.
Core Responsibilities
Reporting, Analytics & Insights
-Own the accuracy, functionality, and distribution of Dutchie BI and internal reports
-Run daily, weekly, and EOM reporting; upload and validate month-end data
-Edit and maintain BI reports on a recurring basis
-Produce bonus, focus bonus, and tip reporting
-Track KPIs and identify trends, variances, and performance gaps
-Produce OOS reporting by store and lead follow-through to resolution
-Conduct competitive pricing and promotion research
Inventory, Allocations & Controls
-Own inventory allocations and allocation review across stores
-Analyze sales velocity, inventory levels, and coverage to guide allocations
-Actively manage inventory flow to limit OOS and overstock situations
-Review inventory positioning prior to DC distribution
-Review and approve EOJ inventory adjustments
-Audit monthly inventory discrepancies and manage follow-up
-Manage intercompany transfers
-Oversee sample audits and merchandising report reviews
-Maintain feedback loop on inventory gaps and store needs
-Ensure backend accuracy for in-store ecommerce
Pricing, Margin & Promotions
-Support procurement with analyzing pricing and margin by vendor and SKU
-Review new vendor price quotes and accessory pricing
-Audit promotions and marketing setup for accuracy and expiration
-Identify margin leakage and pricing optimization opportunities
-Complete credit memos and track performance of promotions
Labor, Wage & Budget Analysis
-Conduct monthly wage and labor audits
-Monitor labor budgets by store and flag variances
-Review salary budgets and maintain alignment to plan
Compliance, Audits & Risk Management
-Support scheduled and ad-hoc compliance audits
-Perform weekly discount audits and follow-up
-Maintain audit-ready documentation and reporting integrity
Director of Retail Operations Support
-Provide direct analytical and administrative support to the Director of Retail Operations
-Prepare reports, summaries, and data views for leadership decision-making
-Track operational initiatives, deadlines, and follow-ups
-Support retail planning, execution, and performance
Administrative, Facilities & Store Support:
-Coordinate operational admin tasks across stores
-Manage and track facilities-related needs (plumbing, repairs, maintenance)
-Coordinate signage, banners, displays, and take-downs
-Liaise with vendors and service providers
-Maintain store contact lists and operational documentation
Training, Systems & Cross-Functional Support:
-Organize training materials and vendor training programs
-Support loyalty and AIQ integrations and implementations
-Coordinate with marketing for in-store support and execution
-Support procurement updates and operational needs
-Provide backend issue resolution and operational support
Required Qualifications:
-Strong analytical and data-driven background
-Fluent In English
-Advanced comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, and BI tools
-Proven ability to analyze trends, variances, and inventory data
-Experience managing allocations and inventory flow preferred
-High attention to detail and strong follow-through
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
-Experience with retail operations, POS systems, and inventory controls preferred
