We anticipate what our customers need, chart a course for their success, and walk alongside them every step of the way.Primary Responsibilities:Engage in requirements gathering and analyze business processesInstall, Integrate, Configure, and Deploy of IAM solutionsDevelop and perform testing for IAM solutionsProvide knowledge transfer, training, and support as necessaryMaintain multiple environments following coding best practices and SDLCTroubleshoot and maintain IAM solutions including product supportRemain current on IAM and IAM market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practicesGeneral Business Responsibilities:Communicate status including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risksPossess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsAble to work in a team settings and multi-task environmentAuthor technical documentationPerform other duties as assignedKnowledge Requirements:Knowledge of Java, C#, or similar object-oriented programming languageKnowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.)Knowledge of enterprise directories (LDAP, Active Directory, etc.)Knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ServiceNow)Experience setting up and installing software on Windows and Unix platformsExperience with the following web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, Web Services, etc.)Experience with web application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBOSS, etc.)About the CompanyIDMWORKS is a forward-thinking company dedicated to providing top-tier identity and access management solutions.
