Senior Full Stack Developer (Remote – LATAM, US Timezones)

Because we work with a wide range of modern, high-impact products, we’re looking for talented engineers who can adapt quickly, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality solutions across diverse technical environments.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack features across modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Help design scalable APIs, services, and data models.
- Troubleshoot issues across the stack and improve system reliability.
- Work independently with strong accountability and communication.
Requirements
- Ability to work full U.S. timezones (EST–PST).
- Strong English communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Frontend experience with React or Angular.
- Backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or C#.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Solid understanding of modern web architecture, APIs, and cloud-based systems.
Bonus Skills
- Experience in healthcare, fintech, or SaaS.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI systems (chatbots, media editing, recommendation engines, embeddings, vector search, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, or distributed architectures.
Salary Range
$40,000 – $70,000 USD annually, depending on experience and technical depth.
