Our client who operates in the consumer goods retail industry, is looking for an experienced Unit Manager to join their team in a dynamic role offering significant career growth. Location: Veternik, PrishtinaResponsibilitiesOversee the implementation of company procedures and regulations within the assigned unit.Identify and understand company activities and operational needs.Train staff members and ensure duties are clearly understood and executed in accordance with internal company rules.Implement management decisions and directives.Execute the companys strategy for the development of the respective sector.Organize and delegate tasks and responsibilities among employees.Monitor staff compliance with assigned duties based on job descriptions.Identify operational issues, and provide immediate solutions.Lead, manage, and negotiate major sales as defined together with management.Analyze market prices and prepare offers.Conduct business visits to partners.Request and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports from subordinates and submit them to the CEO.Communicate effectively with managers of other locations, following the companys code of conduct, in order to exchange best practices.Adhere to the companys Code of Conduct and Business Ethics.Act with integrity and professionalism in the best interest of the Employer, demonstrating loyalty even in interactions with third parties.Continuously oversee the daily workflow and provide recommendations for ongoing cost improvements.Requirements and SkillsPrevious experience in a similar managerial role.University degree.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is an advantage.High dedication and willingness to learn.Strong analytical, planning, organizational and supervisory skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Valid drivers license, category B.Note: Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.Our client offers equal opportunity for everyone, and no person shall be discriminated against on the grounds of age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, ethnic background, race, skin color, religion or ideology, political persuasion, social background or marital status.
