Requirements and responsibilities

Role: IT Analyst / Developer. Location: United States (Remote). Experience: 0–5 years. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business and technical requirements to design effective solutions. - Develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems. - Write clean, efficient, and scalable code. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs. - Work with databases and APIs for data integration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Business, and Product. - Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes. Required Skills: - Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.). - Understanding of databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL). - Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: - Internship or project experience in software development or IT analysis. - Knowledge of frameworks (Spring Boot, .NET, React, Angular, etc.). - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and project tools (Jira). - Basic understanding of testing methodologies.
