What You’ll Actually Do
âś… Dive deep into client financials and reconcile complex U.S. real estate accounts
✅Handle tax preparation and strategy for clients—errors aren’t an option
âś…Communicate directly with clients to explain numbers, flag risks, and recommend action
âś…Build processes that keep accounting airtight and scalable
âś…Review and catch errors others miss
What Makes This Job Hard
✔️ You are responsible for accuracy that affects real businesses

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
✅ 5–10 years of accounting experience
âś… CPA or equivalent certification highly preferred
âś… Expert with QuickBooks, Xero, and advanced Excel
âś… Proven U.S. tax experience
âś… Real estate accounting background
âś… Sharp attention to detail
âś… Clear, professional English communication
