GoHighLevel / SaaS Platform Coordinator Company: ComfyIQ (Hit Notion LLC) Location: Remote | Must overlap 4+ hours with Eastern Time Type: Contract | Monthly retainer Budget: $1,500–$3,000/month (scope-dependent) The Project ComfyIQ is launching the ComfyIQ Practice Platform — a B2B SaaS offering that helps chiropractors and physical therapists recommend our therapeutic pillows to patients. The platform runs on GoHighLevel and includes: Doctor onboarding funnel (landing page → application → approval → account setup) CRM pipeline tracking doctor leads through qualification, onboarding, and activation stages Automated email/SMS sequences for doctor outreach and follow-up Patient referral tracking system linking doctor recommendations to purchases Reporting dashboard for doctors to see their referral performance What You Will Build Complete GHL sub-account structure for the doctor program Onboarding funnel: landing pages, forms, and multi-step application flow CRM pipeline with automated stage transitions and task assignments Email and SMS automation workflows (Twilio integration) Webhook integrations between GHL, Shopify, and our internal tools Reporting snapshots for doctor-facing dashboards Requirements 2+ years hands-on GoHighLevel experience (building, not just using) Expert at GHL workflows, pipelines, funnels, and automations Experience with GHL API and webhook integrations Strong understanding of CRM logic and lead nurturing sequences You use AI tools to accelerate your builds (Claude, Make.com, Zapier) Experience building B2B funnels (not just lead gen for local businesses) Nice to Have Healthcare or wellness industry experience Shopify webhook/API integration experience Experience building SaaS-like offerings inside GHL (sub-accounts, snapshots) Twilio configuration and SMS compliance knowledge
