LMS Systems & Training Operations Coordinator (Bilingual English/Spanish) at GPS Group Peer Support

Role OverviewThis is a systems ownership role, not a coordination or support position. We are hiring someone to take full ownership of our LMS (LearnWorlds) and CRM (HubSpot) systems, ensuring data integrity, participant access, and program operations run flawlessly in real time. This role requires proven, hands-on experience managing an LMS at the admin level. You must be able to independently manage course setup, enrollments, troubleshooting, and data accuracy without training or supervision. You will be responsible for ensuring our training programs and support groups operate seamlessly across systems, including managing live operations, resolving issues immediately, and maintaining accurate data across platforms. If you have primarily supported programs, facilitated trainings, or used LMS platforms as a user or trainer—but have not owned the system—this role is not a fit.Key ResponsibilitiesLMS Systems Ownership (Primary Responsibility)Own LMS platform end-to-end (LearnWorlds or equivalent)Manage: course setup and structure; participant enrollment and access; permissions and user managementTroubleshoot LMS issues independently in real timeMaintain data integrity across LMS and CRM (HubSpot)Identify and resolve system issues proactivelyEnsure all LMS workflows support accurate reporting and program deliveryCRM & Data ManagementMaintain accurate participant data across LMS and HubSpotEnsure alignment between registration, enrollment, and reportingIdentify and resolve discrepancies across systemsSupport reporting accuracy for trainings and programsTraining Operations (Secondary)Coordinate logistics for training programs and support groupsMonitor participant progress, attendance, and completionEnsure all communications, materials, and systems are alignedResolve operational issues during live programsLive Session OperationsLead Zoom session setup and managementTroubleshoot participant access and technical issues in real timeSupport facilitators during sessionsRequired Experience (Non-Negotiable)3+ years managing an LMS at the admin level (required)Must have directly handled: course setup and structure; participant enrollment and access; LMS troubleshooting; system-level data managementExperience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)Experience maintaining data accuracy across multiple systemsWhat We Are Looking ForSomeone who has owned an LMS platform, not just used or supported itStrong systems thinker who understands how data flows across platformsAbility to troubleshoot issues quickly and independentlyHigh level of accountability and ownershipAbility to operate in fast-paced, real-time environmentsTechnical RequirementsLMS platform experience (LearnWorlds strongly preferred)CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)Advanced Zoom experience (hosting, breakout rooms, troubleshooting)Strong Google Workspace skillsLanguage RequirementsFluency in English and Spanish (required)Must be able to support participants in both languages in real timeWork RequirementsMust be located in the United StatesMust be available 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ETMust be fully available during live sessions and trainingsMust be able to respond quickly to issues during operationsCompensation$30–$35/hour (based on experience)Who This Role Is Not ForThis role is not a fit for candidates who: Have only used LMS platforms as a trainer, facilitator, or participant; have supported LMS systems but not owned them; require training to manage LMS platforms; prefer administrative or coordination roles over system ownership; are not comfortable troubleshooting systems independently.
