Requirements and responsibilities

ResponsibilitiesPerform 100% inspection of products according to the GP12 Check Sheet and Inspection Instructions before shipment.Accurately record inspection results, document any non-conformities, and update the GP12 Information Board (including check sheets, records, trend charts, and problem lists) in real-time.Place inspected products in designated Quarantine Areas (Pending, Non-Conforming, Conforming) and affix appropriate GP12 status labels.Provide immediate feedback on quality issues to the production line and Quality Engineer, and participate in problem analysis as required.Verify the effectiveness of rework/repair and conduct re-inspection to prevent non-conforming products from reaching the customer.Requirements1+ year of experience in a quality inspection role in automotive manufacturingTraining and practical experience in GP12 procedures are highly desirableFamiliarity with core quality tools such as Control Plans and PPAP is a strong plusAbility to read basic technical drawings and use common measuring toolsStrong attention to detail, Documentation & Reporting, Safety & Compliance
