Requirements and responsibilities


The roleHelp manage a portfolio of customers and relationships with each customer.Provide on-site and off-site assessments and consultative services.Help conduct business reviews and meetings with customers on an ongoing basis.Establish and develop strong, credible relationships with customers.Become a subject matter expert in the use of Clarify’s technologies.Facilitate training for customers on the use of Clarify’s products and solutions.Project manage pool of customers to ensure they are receiving value from their Clarify partnership.Analyze pool of customers to identify risk and proactively drive strategy to address service delivery and/or renewal risk.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with current customers and partner with Sales to showcase Clarify’s capabilities.Collaborate closely across Clarify’s sales, product, data science, engineering, and development teams to enhance Clarify's platform, especially based on feedback from customers.
