You’ll also join a team that is solving challenging problems every day with the potential to make a global impact.YOUR MISSIONThe Manager, People Operations & Programs will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Nulogy’s day-to-day operations by effectively planning and executing core People & Culture (P&C) programs and practices. This includes a global compensation program, benefits, policies and P&C systems and reporting to ensure smooth operations of day-to-day P&C activities to provide a best-in-class candidate and employee experience. This role is for an 18 month maternity leave coverage.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCompensation Program ManagementMaintain and manage compensation program activities: job evaluations, salary ranges and grades (where applicable) and annual compensation cycle processesConduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices across Canada, the U.S., the UK and other areasSupport the annual merit & bonus cycles; prepare compensation reporting and modeling.Partner with Finance and leadership to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting of compensation programsMonitor pay equity and ensure compliance with relevant legislation (e.g., pay transparency requirements in applicable jurisdictions)Act as a member of the company’s Compensation Committee, attend meetings, prepare reports, compensation benchmarking data, and program recommendations for committee reviewBenefits AdministrationManage benefits and retirement/pension plans in each country, including enrollment, renewals, vendor relationships, claims escalation, and employee support; ensure compliance with local regulationsCollaborate with brokers and benefits providers to optimize plan design, cost management, and service qualityOversee annual benefits renewals, communicate plan changes, and manage the open enrollment processAnalyze benefits utilization and recommend improvements to enhance the employee experiencePolicies & ProgramsExecute and continuously enhance employee recognition programs to support engagement, retention, and organizational cultureAdminister compliance training programs, including onboarding training for new hires and annual, organization-wide mandatory training; track completion and ensure audit readinessRegularly review existing HR policies to proactively inform program enhancements and policy updates; ensure all policies, procedures, and programs remain compliant with applicable legislation and aligned with industry best practicesPartner closely with the HR Business Partner to assess the effectiveness of HR programs, analyze people metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations to management to improve business outcomesHR Systems, Reporting & AnalyticsPartner with the IT team to enhance HR system functionality, improving user experience and driving process automation and efficiencyMaintain accurate, timely, and confidential employee data within the HRIS, ensuring data quality and consistencyCoordinate efforts between payroll, P&C and finance to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data including benefits, headcount reports and forecastsPrepare ad hoc reporting to support leadership decision-makingEnsure data integrity across HR systems and reporting, and provide support for internal and external audits as requiredEmployee Support & CommunicationProvide clear and timely support to employees regarding pay, benefits, retirement plans, and People & Culture policiesDevelop and communicate compensation and benefits policies and updatesEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE5+ years in HR, with strong specialization in compensation and benefits administrationExperience administering programs across multiple countries (primarily Canada, U.S., and UK.); experience with third party Employer of RecordsStrong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation modeling, Excel/Google Sheets, and HRIS systemsUnderstanding of benefits and retirement plan regulations in at least one of the company’s operating regionsCurious, empathetic, and passionate about employee experienceDetailed oriented, multi-task oriented, professional, and self-motivatedHigh level of discretion and confidentialityEngages in continuous learningThe salary range for this role is: $94,000 - $129,000 CADWHY NULOGYWe’re solving problems that no one has been able to solve before.
