Responsibilities: ⚡ Collaborate with the management team to develop the vision and mission of the company. ⚡ Develop and implement strategic HR plans and policies. H H. (recruitment, training, compensation, etc.). ⚡ Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs ⚡ Formulate career development plans. ⚡ Lead the creation of a high-performance remote working culture by developing remote-first operating principles, norms, and policies for the company. ⚡ Create and collaborate on programs and policies across the entire employee lifecycle to make them world-class in a remote-first world (e.g. recruiting and HR processes). ⚡ Lead our transition towards more asynchronous communication and work practices. ⚡ Help build a remote environment where employees are motivated to do their best work and where we can still leverage the informal interactions and brainstorming that drive innovation. ⚡ Promote cohesion among employees by experimenting with and implementing company events, tools, and programs to bring people together in a remote-first world. ⚡ Document and evangelize our remote-first culture to employees and the outside world, helping us recruit and retain high performers from across the globe. ⚡ Develop a roadmap for improving our internal communication strategy, tools, and processes. Build support across the organization for your vision. ⚡ Create documentation and playbooks to illustrate all processes and procedures that we should guide people on as a business. ⚡ Lead cross-functional teams and partners to build out our strategy and programs around remote and flexible work.
