Responsibilities

Are you a traffic junkie who knows how to turn attention into sales? You see a product and immediately start thinking about the audience, the hook, the right creator, and the path to purchase. You enjoy finding opportunities, testing ideas, studying results, and building systems that make the next campaign better. You are equally comfortable writing an outreach message, launching a campaign, setting up an automation, and explaining what the numbers mean. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership from idea through execution, measurement, and follow-through. About American Luxury Gifts We create meaningful wall art and gifts that help people express who they are, honor someone important, and celebrate what matters to them. Our products serve audiences interested in leadership, family, faith, military service, motivation, history, and more. Our next priority is building a repeatable source of customers beyond Amazon. You will help connect our products with relevant audiences and drive measurable sales through Amazon and Shopify. Your initial focus will be American Luxury Gifts, with the opportunity to earn broader responsibility across our brand portfolio. Your mission Build and operate a measurable external-traffic system that connects content, creators, email, and automation to profitable customer acquisition. You will work directly with an entrepreneurial founder who brings product and marketing ideas. Your contribution is to evaluate those ideas, prioritize the strongest opportunities, execute, and close the loop with results. This is a hands-on role. You will personally launch the first campaigns and coordinate with our existing creative and support team. What you will own Creator and influencer partnerships. Find relevant creators, write personalized outreach, manage follow-ups, coordinate collaborations, secure content permissions, and track each relationship from first contact through published content and results. Content distribution and traffic experiments. Turn products and creative assets into compelling campaigns. Test hooks, offers, formats, and destinations through channels such as Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, and relevant audience partnerships. Start with two priority acquisition channels and expand based on evidence. Email capture and conversion. Build clear paths from content to a purchase or an email signup. Create landing-page briefs, lead-capture offers, welcome sequences, and campaigns that help interested visitors become customers. Automation and marketing operations. Use AI and tools such as Make, n8n, or Zapier to improve outreach tracking, content workflows, reporting, and follow-ups. Create reliable processes that other team members can run. Measurement and improvement. Maintain a simple weekly dashboard covering qualified traffic, creator activity, email growth, conversions, attributed revenue, and campaign costs. Explain what worked, what failed, and what you recommend doing next. What you bring - Evidence of hands-on e-commerce growth. You can explain the starting point, what you personally did, the budget involved, and the measurable outcome. - Strong communication and marketing judgment. You write effective English copy, understand audience fit, and can build relationships with creators and partners. - Practical automation skills. You have built working workflows and can troubleshoot them. You use AI thoughtfully and check the quality of its output. - Commercial discipline. You understand conversion rates, acquisition costs, attribution limitations, and the importance of contribution profit. - Ownership and follow-through. You set priorities, communicate blockers early, meet commitments, and bring proposed solutions. Relevant experience with Shopify, Amazon Attribution, Pinterest, creator outreach, Omnisend or Klaviyo, and short-form content is valuable. Show us depth in your strongest areas and your ability to learn the rest. What success looks like in your first 60 days First 30 days: Understand our products and audiences, select two priority acquisition channels, establish tracking, and launch the first coordinated campaigns. Build an organized creator pipeline and a clear weekly execution plan. Days 31 through 60: Improve campaigns using actual results, establish a consistent publishing and follow-up rhythm, document repeatable workflows, and recommend where to increase, change, or stop investment. Revenue targets will be agreed upon after reviewing the baseline, available resources, and approved test budget. How we work We value initiative, clear communication, honest reporting, and thoughtful experimentation. You will have direct access to the founder, collaboration with our Head of Operations, and existing creative resources. We expect you to protect focus, work within agreed budgets, and turn promising ideas into completed work. This role requires dedicated full-time availability without another ongoing job or competing client commitments. We are hiring an individual team member directly. How to apply Finalists will complete a short, paid work sample using a hypothetical brief.
