About the Role:
- Quali-T Virtual Staffing is hiring for a growing insurance and financial services agency based in Ontario, Canada.
- The agency helps families with life insurance, health coverage, and investment planning, and it is expanding its team of licensed advisors.
- We are looking for a confident, outgoing assistant who enjoys talking to people on the phone.
- You will help the agency find and connect with licensed financial professionals and make outreach calls to businesses.
- If you are comfortable making calls, organized, and motivated by results, this role is for you.
What You Will Do:
- Find licensed insurance and financial professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, and online directories.
- Reach out by phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce the opportunity and gauge interest.
- Book interested candidates into calls with the agency leader.
- Make B2B outreach calls to businesses to introduce the agency’s services.
- Track every contact, follow-up, and booked call in a CRM or spreadsheet.
- Follow up consistently with prospects who do not respond the first time.
- Send short daily or weekly reports on calls made and results.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong spoken and written English.
- 1+ year of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, recruiting, or outbound sales.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling no professionally.
- Organized, with strong follow-up habits.
- Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a good headset.
- Available to work Eastern Time business hours.
