Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced SAP Callidus Developer with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Commissions (Callidus Cloud), Node.js, and Oracle PL/SQL. The candidate will develop and support incentive compensation solutions, payroll-related integrations, data processing workflows, and enterprise reporting. This role requires strong technical ownership, production support capabilities, and experience managing business-critical compensation and payroll processes. Mandatory Skills & Requirements: - SAP Callidus Cloud / SAP Commissions: Experience with incentive compensation platforms, compensation plans, rules, calculation workflows, crediting, payouts, and reconciliation. - Node.js: Strong experience developing backend services, REST APIs, integrations, asynchronous processing, automated tests, and error handling. - Oracle SQL / PL/SQL: Expertise in complex queries, stored procedures, packages, functions, data transformation, and performance tuning. - Enterprise Integrations: Experience integrating compensation platforms with HR, payroll, planning, data warehouses, Oracle databases, and reporting systems. - Data Validation & Reconciliation: Experience validating employee, hierarchy, quota, credit, incentive, deposit, payment, and payout data. - Production Support: Troubleshooting scheduled feeds, batch jobs, APIs, database integrations, payroll processing, and business-critical workflows. - Testing & Quality Assurance: Experience with unit, integration, functional, regression, end-to-end, UAT, and production-readiness testing. - Technical Troubleshooting: Strong root-cause analysis, issue resolution, performance optimization, and cross-system debugging skills. - Documentation & Technical Leadership: Ability to maintain technical documentation, conduct code reviews, guide developers, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. - Agile Methodology: Experience with sprint planning, daily standups, testing, demos, and continuous improvement. Preferred Skills: - Hands-on experience configuring SAP Commissions compensation plans, rate tables, accelerators, tiered rates, attainment logic, and calculation rules. - Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot. - Integration monitoring, operational reporting, dashboards, extracts, and audit reporting. - Experience supporting payroll reconciliation, compensation processing, scheduled data feeds, and critical processing cycles. - Knowledge of SAP EPM, HR systems, data warehouses, and enterprise integration architecture. - Experience mentoring onsite/offshore teams and leading technical initiatives.
