About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Senior TikTok Shop Operations & Growth Manager to take full ownership of operating, managing, and aggressively scaling our TikTok Shop business.
- This is an operations- and performance-first role focused on Seller Center management, high-volume logistics, affiliate network scaling, and GMV growth.
- This is NOT a social media marketing, content creation, or graphic design position.
- We need a proven operator who understands TikTok Shop inside and out and knows how to turn operations and affiliate networks into a multi-million-dollar revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Seller Center logistics, product listings, promotional setup, inventory coordination, and overall account performance.
- Manage large-scale shop workflows across multiple accounts, handling the operational complexity that comes with rapid sales growth.
- Build, negotiate, and scale affiliate creator programs.
- Execute recruitment strategies, commission structuring, and ongoing creator performance optimization.
- Drive product sampling workflows, establish high-converting creator partnerships, track sample ROI, and coordinate shoppable content and TikTok LIVE collaborations.
- Proactively monitor TikTok Shop policies, resolve violations or warnings, submit appeals, and maintain pristine health metrics across all active accounts.
- Monitor key e-commerce indicators including monthly GMV, unit profitability, sample conversion rates, and affiliate channel contribution.
- Identify top-performing SKUs, optimize store conversion rates, and implement operational systems capable of supporting sustained high-volume growth.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven track record of hands-on experience scaling a TikTok Shop affiliate program from $20K–$50K/month to $1M+/month in affiliate-generated GMV.
- Advanced knowledge of TikTok Seller Center, Affiliate Center, promotional tools, and backend platform architecture.
- Demonstrated success managing high order volumes and operating multiple stores simultaneously.
- Strong grasp of creator outreach, commission negotiations, product sampling logistics, and live-shopping sales drivers.
- Deep understanding of unit economics, margin preservation, ROI tracking, and performance analytics.
- Ability to work independently, solve complex operational challenges, and execute aggressive growth plans without hand-holding.
