We're looking for a part-time cold caller to help us book free Pipeline Audit calls with real estate agents and small teams across Texas. This is real outbound calling, phoning agents and agency owners directly, asking a couple of short diagnostic questions about how they handle after-hours leads, and booking a 20-minute audit call when there's interest. We're not looking for a stiff, word-for-word script reader, we want someone who can hold a natural conversation, adjust on the fly, and stay steady after a string of no's. RESPONSIBILITIES Cold call real estate agents and agencies from a provided list (Texas-based) Follow a short call flow (provided, plus a live reference tool) to qualify interest Book audit calls directly onto our calendar when someone's interested Log every call's outcome (voicemail, no answer, decline, booked) in a shared tracker Flag any explicit "do not call" requests immediately for suppression REQUIREMENTS Some prior cold calling, appointment setting, or telesales experience (US real estate a plus, not required) Clear, easy-to-understand spoken English Comfortable calling small business owners and handling pushback without getting rattled Reliable internet and a quiet space to call from, for both windows Able to commit to the exact schedule above, no flexibility on the hours since they're timed to US business hours HOW THIS STARTS This begins as a short paid trial to see how it goes for both sides before committing longer term.
