This role is equal parts strategist and executor. You'll plan the roadmap, build the campaigns, analyse the data, and optimise for profitable growth.Your primary focus will be Meta Ads, with responsibility for expanding into TikTok, Google, and YouTube as we grow. You'll work directly with our founders and collaborate with our creative team to develop winning ad concepts and high-converting funnels.This isn't about vanity metrics. We care about contribution margin, not just ROAS. You'll need to think commercially and understand how paid media fits into the bigger picture of customer acquisition and lifetime value.What You'll OwnFull management of Meta Ads, from campaign builds to daily optimisation and scalingTesting new platforms including TikTok, Google, and YouTubeCreative strategy and briefing, working with designers and video editors to produce scroll-stopping adsLanding page and funnel optimisation to improve conversion ratesBudget allocation and forecasting across channelsWeekly reporting on performance, insights, and strategic recommendationsBuilding scalable processes and systems as we grow the marketing functionWhat We're Looking For2+ years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for DTC/e-commerce brandsTrack record of profitably scaling ad spend (£30k+ monthly)Strong grasp of unit economics: CAC, LTV, MER, contribution marginExperience developing creative briefs and working with creative teamsAnalytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionComfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environmentClear communicator who can explain performance and strategy to non-marketersNice to HaveExperience in health, wellness, supplements, or beautyTikTok or Google Ads experienceFamiliarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Triple WhaleUnderstanding of retention and email marketingWhat We OfferFully remote with flexible hours (just maintain GMT overlap)Competitive rate based on experiencePaid time off including UK bank holidaysDirect access to founders with real input on strategyOpportunity to shape the marketing function of a growing brandProducts that genuinely help people feel betterImportantThis is a contractor position (not employment)Applications welcome globallyMinimum 4-hour daily overlap with UK hours requiredPlease submit CV in EnglishNote: Applications without a Vocaroo submission will be rejected.
