Position Summary The Clinical Support Registered Nurse serves as a vital member of a dynamic healthcare team. This position requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a remote setting.Key Responsibilities Assist providers in reviewing and interpreting medical data, including lab results and diagnostic testingCommunicate clinical findings and next steps to patients under provider guidanceOrder labs and diagnostic testing as directed and ensure accuracy of information submittedGather and review relevant medical history to support provider decision-makingEscalate urgent or complex clinical concerns appropriatelyMaintain accurate, real-time documentation in the EHREnsure strict adherence to HIPAA and compliance standardsConduct scheduled 20-minute phone consultations to review patient goals, current medications, medical history, and available care plan optionsRespond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms in a timely and professional mannerProvide clear, compassionate education regarding treatment plans, lab results, and therapiesMeet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for responsiveness and quality standardsMaintain professionalism and clinical accuracy during peak volume periodsSchedule and coordinate telehealth visits and follow-ups as neededCollaborate closely with providers and cross-functional teams to ensure continuity of careUtilize Microsoft Teams and internal systems for effective communication and workflow managementSupport evolving workflows and participate in process improvement initiativesStay informed on developments in medical testing, therapies, and care protocolsRequired Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure3+ years of progressive clinical nursing experiencePrior experience in salesComprehensive knowledge of medical terminology, diagnostic testing procedures, and evidence-based treatment therapies, with the ability to apply clinical expertise in a remote care settingExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex clinical information clearly and effectively to patients, families, and interdisciplinary team membersDemonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing demands, and manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environmentProven adaptability and agility in learning and integrating new processes, workflows, and emerging technologies into daily practiceProficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms, with the ability to accurately maintain clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standardsProficiency in Microsoft Teams and other digital collaboration tools, with experience supporting remote team communication and care coordinationDemonstrated commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care with a strong focus on patient engagement, education, and satisfactionPreferred Qualifications Prior experience in a remote or virtual healthcare environmentWork Environment & Physical Requirements Remote work environment; home office or dedicated workspace requiredMust be able to work independently with minimal supervisionOccasional virtual meetings via video conferencing (camera on expected)Reliable high-speed internet connection requiredMust maintain a distraction-free, professional background for video callsSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm CentralFeatured Benefits  Competitive salaryComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401k with employer matchPaid Time OffEmployee Perks & DiscountsWhy Join Ways2Well?The best work happens when purpose meets potential.
