Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Solution Architect to join our team on a full-time, remote basis.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive complex software initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch evaluation.Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.Act as the bridge between Engineering, Product, Design, and Business teams.Contribute hands-on, production-ready code across the MERN stack.Lead system architecture and evaluate scalability, security, performance, and technical trade-offs.Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices.Champion testing, automation, and CI/CD practices.Troubleshoot complex full-stack issues and production incidents.Optimize database queries and application performance.Identify technical blockers and manage cross-team dependencies.Mentor engineers and help raise the team's technical standards.Required Skills12+ years of professional software engineering experience.3+ years of strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.Strong knowledge of React state management, including Redux and Context.Strong Node.js backend development experience.Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.Experience with Docker and modern CI/CD pipelines.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.Experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, or similar.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.📩 Interested candidates, please share your updated resume at: krajesh@softpathtech.comPlease mention “MERN Stack Solution Architect” in the subject line.
