The New York Times.About the RoleWe're looking for an analytically strong Trust & Safety professional to join our established T&S team and deepen how we understand, anticipate, and govern risk across our marketplace.You'll be the person who turns signals into insight and insight into policy: spotting trends before they become incidents, diagnosing root causes, and making sure what we learn shows up in our policies, enforcement standards, and product decisions.This role sits at the intersection of analysis and governance. Your time will be split between two core areas: owning the policies, standards, and quality systems that keep enforcement consistent, and building the risk intelligence that tells us where those policies need to go next.
