We are venture-backed, scaling rapidly, and partnering with major global players in fintech, AI, and payments infrastructure. We are now recruiting a world-class Chief Technology Officer to lead the technical vision of the agentic economy.
The Mission:
This is a defining role for a true builder. Working directly alongside our CEO, you won't just manage an engineering org—you will architect a brand-new category at the intersection of Agentic AI, distributed systems, and core payment networks.
What You’ll Own:
Agentic AI Architecture: Lead the technical strategy for AI agent orchestration, autonomous transaction decisioning, risk modeling, and trust/safety frameworks.
AI-First Payments Infrastructure: Connect autonomous agents seamlessly into card networks, banking APIs, wallets, issuers, and digital assets.
Global Scale & Security: Build high-throughput, sub-second latency infrastructure with bulletproof security, compliance, and observability.
Engineering Culture & Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and scale an elite global engineering team across AI/ML, platform, security, and developer ecosystem.
Who You Are:
Senior engineering leader (CTO, VP, or SVP) with deep hands-on experience building AI/ML systems and complex Payments/Fintech infrastructure.
Deeply knowledgeable about the rapidly evolving Agentic AI landscape, LLM integration, and autonomous workflows.
Proven track record taking products from early stage through rapid, global scale.
High-agency executive who pairs deep technical authority with sharp commercial judgment.
