In this role, your primary responsibility will be high-volume daily outreach, connecting with prospective candidates, understanding their career goals, and counselling them on our career readiness services.Key Responsibilities (What you will do daily):Outbound Calling: Make continuous, high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective students, fresh graduates, and job seekers from the provided leads database.Lead Conversion: Counsel aspirants over the phone, explain the value of our training programs, and pitch the services effectively to ensure enrollment closures.Follow-up Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential leads, making regular follow-up calls and tracking candidate status.Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily call volume metrics and weekly/monthly enrollment targets.Requirements (What we are looking for):Experience: 6 to 12 months of solid experience in active sales roles (Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development).Industry Preference: Candidates from an EdTech or Training background are highly preferred.Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills in English and regional languages (Telugu or Hindi).
