Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales Executive What You'll Do • Activate your existing relationships with CMOs, Heads of Patient Safety, VP-level PV leads, and Clinical IT decision-makers at Tier 1–3 pharma, biopharma, and CRO organizations across the NY/NJ/PA corridor. • Own and drive complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise SaaS deals from discovery through pilot, validation, and procurement — including navigating matrixed approval processes. • Evangelize a genuine paradigm shift: guide executive stakeholders through the operational and financial case for replacing BPO-based pharmacovigilance with AI-native software. • Partner with product and engineering teams to address regulatory compliance, validation, and auditability requirements with credibility and precision. • Coordinate internally across sales development, legal, and leadership to align resources behind key accounts. • Represent Graph AI at industry conferences and in face-to-face client meetings across the tri-state region (estimated 30–40% regional travel). What We're Looking For • 10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales with a consistent track record of sourcing and closing seven-figure deals. • A current, warm network of senior decision-makers in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, clinical operations, or regulatory affairs at major pharma, biopharma, or CRO organizations. • Direct experience selling PV, regulatory, or complex clinical software is strongly preferred. Deep life sciences domain knowledge is non-negotiable. • Proven ability to challenge legacy operational models and sell disruptive platforms that require change management at the executive level. • Comfort navigating procurement, legal, data security, and GxP compliance processes in large pharmaceutical organizations. • Based in or willing to operate from the Greater New York, New Jersey, or Philadelphia metro area
