Requirements and responsibilities


• Direct technical support as it relates to prospecting and sales of J2’s products and services from inside through to account management and professional services and support. • Planning and executing proof of concepts and technical validations, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process. • Training individual users on J2 services as required, to ensure a successful conclusion of the proof of concept / technical validation, and to ensure prospects gain a deep level of confidence in the proposed solution/s. • Professionally manage both the pre and post sales activities for the products and services in a clear, well defined and logical manner. • Assist in the expansion and refinement of J2’s sales strategy and execute plan accordingly. • Develop new prospect and customer relationships. • Build awareness of j2 products within relevant markets. • Provide feedback from external markets to J2 Marketing and Product Management Teams. • Develop, in conjunction with the sales teams, prospects for their pipeline. • Create and manage technical proposals. • Ability to present and provide basic product demonstrations as well as conduct discussion in fax and healthcare technologies. • Ability to define various buying influences within an organization and manage a complex sale in tandem with the Account Manager. • Negotiate final proposal to agreement on new customer acquisition as it relates to the proposed solution, value proposition and ROI.
