Remote but best candidate will be located in either Central or Eastern time zone.Your Role:Lead senior software and infrastructure engineers responsible for the performance, reliability, and evolution of our UCaaS voice platformPartner with Product Management to define goals, set priorities, and translate strategy into executionDrive planning and delivery of new features and services while maintaining operational excellenceCoach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s, performance feedback, and structured growth plansLead sprint ceremonies, status reviews, and execution rhythms that create clarity and accountabilityChampion best practices in infrastructure as code, reproducibility, automation, and observabilityStay hands-on by guiding architecture decisions and contributing to complex troubleshooting when neededStrengthen monitoring, alerting, and system visibility across our VoIP environmentEnsure voice infrastructure is highly available, scalable, and resilientSupport escalated technical issues and participate in an on-call rotation (approximately one week per month)Lead a high-performing remote team with trust, ownership, and clear communicationRequirements5 years of software, infrastructure, SRE or platform engineering experienceLeadership and initiative Ability to lead a remote-work team Organized and detail oriented Experience working in a Linux or UNIX-like environment Experience with Infrastructure as Code tooling, such as Ansible or Docker Relational Databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL Experience with version control using Git Experience using or building observability stacks, such as Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Datadog or Nagios English fluency and strong writing skills Skills that would be helpful, but not required: Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or OpenStack Proficient with VoIP (SIP, RTP and other real-time communication protocols) Proficient with telephony platforms; any of FreeSWITCH, OpenSIPS, Kamailio or Asterisk Experience with programming languages such as PHP or Lua BenefitsWhat We Offer:Extensive Benefit Options (Health, Vision, Dental, Long & Short term Disability) effective after a short waiting periodMatching 401K program - 100% match on 4%.Employee Stock Purchase Plan after one year of service.Flexible Time Off & Company HolidaysEntrepreneurial work environment partnered with high growth career opportunitiesAre you ready to make a direct impact on the company and be rewarded for your performance?
